Cows and Sheep Cannot Go Up Blocks while being Lead with Wheat.

When Cows and Sheep try to go up a block while being lead with wheat, they just keep jumping in the same spot. They very rarely will actually go up the block while they are doing their absurd dance. I can't really lead Cows or Sheep to my base when I need to. I only found his bug when i updated to 14w31a.
