Minecart with Hopper does not pick up item through a solid block and two layers of snow covers.

As shown here, the minecart will not pick up the item. This bug was created with the addition of the 14w11b and was in every snapshot since. The bug does not exist in 1.7.10 however. Thanks for all the hardwork Mojang and others!
