Head Bug in Item Frame

I thought the head would look kinda like what it looks like when you place it down,

Instaid, it looked a bit small and derpy...

1. Get a head using /give @p minecraft:skull 1 3

{SkullOwner:PlayerName}

2. Put head in item frame.
