Using 1-9 keys to move items in hotbar "copies" them

Steps:
1 Have two diferent blocks/items in the hotbar, one in slot 1 and another in slot 2
2 Press 1 while hovering the second to switch their places
3 Apparently, everything went ok
4 Place/use the item in the first slot and it will transform in the second
