Z height reset on load with no wifi

Note - This bug is in Minecraft PE 0.95 iOS - iPad mini retina. There is no version option for the PE version.

When loading a fresh game and not having wifi, my z position is reset to the highest walkable cell (in my last test it was the top of a tree). Just tested this again and it did require me to reboot my tablet to get this to happen. I suspect the tablet was keeping some data in memory despite swiping to close the program. I have had it happen without reboot if I have done other things between sessions. It is very repeatable. I found the bug while camping last weekend. Moral, always carry a compass as my mine complex is very large and I had zero idea where I was when I randomly showed up on the surface on reload.

BTW, love the 0.9 expansion. Looking forward to more. On that note, I am happy to work on debugging prerelease versions if there is a way to do that with an iPad.
