Gamerules accept nonboolean input

Gamerules accept nonboolean input (anything other than true and false). While this causes no direct issues, it means you can do /gamerule doDaylightCycle potato.

It may be possible that plugins will use this, in which case gamerules will need a type specifier. However, the current behavior for the current gamerules does not make sense.
