When Chunk Unloads Leads release Animals

I have leashed Cows and Donkey's in stalls and when I returned from hunting, they would be running loose in the barn. Also, rabbits would teleport to me as soon as I am within range. This likely was also the problem for Snuggles, the rabbit AnderZel killed in mindcrack.

They would find their leads dropped as soon as thier chunk was unloaded.
