Item with CanDestroy CanPlaceOn banner has tile.banner.name as translation

When you give yourself an item with the CanDestroy oder CanPlaceOn tag, like:

/give @p log 1 1 {CanDestroy:["standing_banner"],CanPlaceOn:["wall_banner"]}

It says:
Can be placed on:
tile.banner.name

So the bug is that the translation for "tile.banner.name" is not implemented yet
