Ender Crystal with HealF won't explode instantly / HealF does not work for Ender Crystals

When you summon a mob with HealF it normally dies instantly, for Ender Dragons dying is the exploding animation, for Ender Crystals it is the exploding.

But when you summon an Ender Crystal with HealF:0 it won't "die"
