Blocks/Plants (Single Block High) sometimes do no update when broken

When breaking blocks, sometimes some blocks will not update and will remain visible, until I reload the Game. This is exceptionally visible if you rapidly break plants - some of them won't disappear, despite having drops and breaking sounds, and can not be interacted with, though if you break the block under a broken plant, it will disappear.
