My game cant keep up.

While playing the game, I looked at my game launchers Game Output section to see if the game was running ok and I saw this.

[17:28:33] [Server thread/WARN]: Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 6534ms behind, skipping 130 tick(s)
Notice how it's 22 seconds in between. This isn't causing me a problem in game but it's annoying me.

EDIT: I know this is invalid but I thought this would be the easiest place to find help.
