Screen flashes with incorrect renders of different environments that are unclickable and refresh to a different one every second

What I expected to happen was...:
having a farther chunk render distance

What actually happened was...:
Something that could have killed an epileptic

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. ... change render distance to anything over 14
3. ... maytbe its just my computer i dont know
