when punching blocks they wiill keep re appearing after you break them, random lag spikes when moving around

when beginning with default player, I keep punching blocks and they keep re appearing after I break them. I also am experiencing strange lag spikes every 1/2 second that bring the game from 120 fps down to 5 fps. Quite annoying. I also am experiencing this glitch when opening and closing chests. The opening and closing animation will glitch back and forth from open position to close position and when I break it it will just re appear and I have to keep breaking the block over and over again before it will finally disappear. Please Fix ASAP.
