Torches are oriented wrong on the exit end portal

The torches are oriented opposite the surface they should cohere to. Tried three times in the latest snapshot: bug is consistent.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make new superflat world
2. Go to End
3. Kill ender dragon
4. Look at portal
