When i load a world on the snapshot, it glitches and keeps changing the looks of the landscape, but i can see the outlines of the real blocks that are there. It almost gives me a siezure

What I expected to happen was it would load up a normal world.

What actually happened was it was glitched and constantly changing the look of the world. Only a small square where i spawned was okay.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go onto snapshot 14w30c
2. Make a new world. Not superflat. Haven't tested survival, only creative so far.
3. Simply look around.
