Water bucket does not get sucked down hopper if below it

Empty buckets don't get sucked out of fuel slot anymore becuase of sponge smelting. However, the water bucket also don't get sucked anymore if hopper below furnense. I think it should be changed to take water buckets from fuel slot to allow auto water bucket sets.
