Items move in hand when their count or damage changes

Could not find a similar report, reporting new issue.

Whenever you mine a block with a tool and its durability changes, it will visually reequip. The name does not appear like if you just changed hotbar slot, but it causes arm motion to jiggle and the block damage to reset in continuous mining. It is rather annoying in the long run.
