Parts Of Jungle Tree Not Spawning

What I thought'd happen was when I went into a jungle the trees would be normal.

When I was walking through the jungle, I came across alot of trees that only had the bottom log, and top log spawned.
I know I didnt leave floating trees because I hate to leave floating trees
