some blocks are not containers, but should be

I tried to replace an item in a crafting table using the new /replaceitem command, but the game said that the crafting table was not a container.

to reproduce:

1. stand on top of a crafting table and run
/replaceitem block ~ ~-1 ~ slot.container.0 minecraft:dirt

*note: im sure the zero in slot.container.0 and be replaced with any # 0-8 and minecraft:dirt and be any item/block in the game
