twitch

im trying to stream and it says unable to load twitch libraries here is something i spotted while reading the development [15:56:10 INFO]: Attempting to download /Users/imac/Library/Application Support/minecraft/libraries/tv/twitch/twitch-platform/5.16/twitch-platform-5.16-natives-osx.jar for job 'Version & Libraries'... (try 0) <-- it never tried? please help me with this.
