Server Crash on Second Player Login

My server, which on previous updates could run, albeit with some latency issues, despite 3-5 players on the server, perhaps more, now crashes when more than one player joins the game. All the bug report says is that the server timed out so much it assumed it crashed and then closed the program. It may have crashed in one case with just one player having logged on.
