Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host

Whatever this error code means its really getting on people nerves because it either kicks them out of the server at random or they get stuck in a ghost world until they realize they aren't actually in the server anymore. If there is any possible way to fix this on my end I would like to know so people don't get kicked from my server for no apparent reason.
