Pick blocking banners doesn't work.

What I expected to happen was when I placed a pink banner and pick blocked it in creative mode, it would move my inventory slot to the pink banner.

What actually happened was it gave me a black banner when I placed it as a pink banner.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place a banner of any color that isn't black.
2. Try to pick block it using the keybinded setting for pick block.
3. Watch how it either gives you a black banner or sends your inventory to the slot with the black banner.
