Dropping item with Q key then picking item back up duplicates the item.

If you open your inventory screen and press the "Q" key to drop an item, walking back over that item causes you to pick up two of that item instead of one.

If you drop the item with "Q", close your inventory, and then open the inventory again you can pick up the dropped item and only get one back as normal.
