14w30c lets you go over 16 chunks, forget to change it and earlier minecraft versions will crash

This is just some info because when 1.8 come out this could happen when they try to revert to an older version, perhaps you can make this compatible with older versions it might not be possible im just informing you guys about this It took me about since the snapshot was released to find this out.
