VBOS not working Frames dropping

In 14w30a and 14w30b The new Performance boost i was getting 30-40 fps with VBOs on at medium settings like 7 chunks fast, graphics, max particles, max smooth lighting mapmap 4 and vsync off. But now with 14w30c my frames dropped to 17 and under i checked to see if VBOs was on and it was so i turned it off and on but nothing changed. My computer does supports it i have updated the graphics driver and java but nothings helping. I've also gave minecraft 3 GB of RAM now but nothings working. Its the same amount of fps i was getting in the snapshots before 14w30a please help
