Particles Aren't Rendering in New Snapshots

In a new minigame I am making, I'm using command blocks to spawn smoke particles around the player, but they aren't rendering. The command block says they are rendering, but none are visible ([12:44:39] Playing effect smoke for 60 times). This works in other versions (Ex: 14w29b) but not in the two newer ones I've tried. The command I have the blocks running is "particle smoke ~0 ~1 ~0 .2 .5 .2 0 60 force @a[team=Hiders,m=2]". Thank you in advance!
