Redstone hisses in rain

You should use the attached world file.
(If so, you should continue off in Creative mode near a XOR gate. It should be raining. If not, make it rain.)

Redstone (possibly the torches) will hiss in rain, much like lava does, but not as common. It must be powered for this to happen.
