Invisible Block Glitch

I was placing Polished Andesite, and the next block I placed was invisible. I could collide with it and see the wireframe box when I looked at it, but it was invisible. No texture at all. I placed another block next to it, and the texture appeared on both of them. This probably has to do with rendering and/or lag, though it wasn't lagging at all. I should've taken screenshots, but it's too late.
