Mouse Freezing/Moving Randomly

Basically, whenever I am playing Minecraft, whether it be Single Player or Multiplayer my mouse will randomly freeze up and/or move around randomly and rapidly. It will go away after around 10s or so. This has been happening for a couple of weeks now, in both 1.7.9 and 1.7.10. I have not had this issue outside of minecraft.
