Banners lighting sometimes flashing/flickering when inside the inventory gui

I was getting some items from the inventory while I was next to some banners and I saw this wierd behaviour, it may not be noticeable in the screenshot so I recommend to go and try it yourselves, it doesn't always happen, but when it does it's quite annoying.
