Fullscreen toggled by F11 not reflected in menu

This is a minor bug where the menu is unaware of the toggled state of the window. If you enter full-screen via menu option and then return to windowed mode using F11, the menu option will still show Fullscreen: ON. You must toggle it off and then back on to enable fullscreen from the menu.
