Farland bug

When stepping slowly in these coords, i was unable to move or do anything really except open chat & menu screen. Plus when looking in the same area i was looking in, the screen flickers.

How i got it:
Teleported to 29999999 60 29999999
while sneaking, i slowly moved to 30000000 by tapping the movement key
once you reach 29999999.396, you shouldn't be able to move, attack, place blocks, and all that.
