I downloaded the new 14w30b, but when I created a new world, the ground was strobing and the water was white. It then crashed.

What I expected to happen was...:
For it not to strobe

What actually happened was...:
The ground was strobing, Then crashed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Started a new world,
2. It started to srobe, and water was white
3. It then crashed
