I just mad a mob farm, minecraft crashed and my house got filled with stone

I just finished building a mob farm, and i got lots of records. I went to destroy my jukebox then minecraft crashed. When i reopened minecraft my bedroom was filled with stone, my jukebox and chests were gone and my mobfarm was destroyed. Is this the work of Herobrine?!
