World Loading Is Terrible

What I expected to happen was...:
Change the render distance with no problems to occur afterwards.

What actually happened was...:
The world loading bugged...bad time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Changed render distance.
2. World loading got terrible and things started flickering.
