Clone Command Error!

When I execute the clone command on an entity, it gives the error message:

the number you have entered (-6.0) is too small, it must be at least 0.

Even though the command does not have a -6 in it...?

command: /clone -8 46 -17 11 65 2 ~-9 ~-19 ~-9 masked

Also, when executing at the entitiy it says:
Failed to execute '/clone -8 46 -17 11 65 2 ~-9 ~-19 ~-9' as MeteorBlock

The bat is called MeteorBlock yet it still doesn't work.
