Minecraft pe on IOS

I play on an IPad 4 0.9.4 MCPE and I cant spawn none of the eggs. When players log out and come back they loose there inventory. Players constantly fall out the world. I can go on and on. Plugins will not work.

Are there new plugins for the latest update?
