When breaking grass, flowers, rose bushes a peony is shown 2 blocks above the ground and stays until something else is broken or it is punched.

What I expected to happen was...:
Just for the grass to break.

What actually happened was...:
The grass breaks and i get seeds but a "ghost" peony shows up floating 2 blocks up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Break any two tall grass or flower and sometimes a peony flashes or stays until you hit another 2 high grass/flower
2. to get it to go away break another 2 high grass/flower
