Creative: Mouse scrool click can't get redstone ore

sorry for bad english, but i can't get the powered redstone ore by clicking with the mouse scrool, like i usually do in other blocks
how to do it:
1- in creative, right click a redstone ore. it will be "powered" and will have redstone particles.

2- use the scrool click and try to get it. it will not work
