/clone (selection) move Command Bug

When there is item(s) in a Tile Entity(Only One's That Hold Items) chests brewing stands etc. are moved in a POSITIVE direction useing /clone (selection) (selection2) move the items get deleted while if moved in a NEGATIVE direction the items dont get deleted.
