missing stat.killEntity.EnderDragon criteriaType

It is possible to track players killing mobs through the scoreboard by creating an objective with a criteria type of stat.killEntity.<insert mob's savegame ID> but this criteria is missing for the boss mobs, EnderDragon and WitherBoss.
