Minecraft doesn't Work

The problem i have is when im trying to launch minecraft and play that it just crashes or atleast doesn't work. Even if i try to play the oldest version possible.
What I expected to happen was...:

I thought i could atleast be able to play minecraft like i could a year back on this laptop i have, like i used to maybe not the latest updates but atleast the older ones from Beta in the start.
What actually happened was...:

Everytime when i tried to launch in a different minecraft version it just doesn't work.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a step by step guide on how to trigger the bug here
2. Open minecraft and select version
3. Click play and after the loading messages it shuts down and shows error.
