Graphical issues when Creating a new world

I created a new world to confirm two bugs that I had found in 14w28b. When I created the new world, the chunks loaded a lot slower than normal and some chunks where invisible, creating an X-ray glitch. I watched through the invisible portion of my map and I seen stone falling like gravel.
