While I was in my worlds all of the blocks i broke would not show as they were broken, the blocks were all still their but i could walk through the ones i broke.

What I expected to happen was...: Me knowing if i broke a block or not

What actually happened was...: It did not show that the block was broken but then i fell right through the block!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play any minecraft world (was on all my worlds even pre-created)
2. break a block
3. walk on where you broke
