Flowers are acting very strange...

A few issues here...

Loading up a survival world which had previously been saved in 14w28b, I discovered that all the naturally spawned two high flowers have broken, and are spinning around in dropped form on the ground. Also, I found just the bottom half of a Rose Bush, in the approximate place of where they were before. And later, when I placed a rose bush, and then broke it, the top half of a Peony randomly appeared! It couldn't be interacted with, and disappeared about 15 seconds later.
