Ghast Ball Crash

I jump-scare when a ghast fires a fireball at me. If you are to leave in a singleplayer server when a fireball is fired either from a ghast or dispenser can end with server-breaking results. If you try to go back in, the fireball is stuck in the air, and 3 seconds later... "Minecraft.exe has stopped working."
If this is to happen to you, do not change difficulty to peaceful. Which makes it worse.
