java.io.IOException : Connection forcibly closed by the remote host

hello,im using minecraft 1.7.10 and for the first time playing in my desktop ,after opening launcher ,loging in and playing in the server for 3-5 minutes,it crashes and I get the following error written above.Please help me and lots of other players,because I saw that this issue was not solved yet.
