Minecraft PE 0.9.2: Multiplayer Bug - Can't Join Local Server

Minecraft PE 0.9.2:

When joining a local multiplayer world is says "Locating Server" and then freezes. This happens in both Survival and Creative, and on other iOS devices. The player hosting sees a player entity that never moves.
