Minecraft PE survival mode respawn error

I fell down a large hole in the ground and died... Upon respawn i found myself respawned in the sky, i can't see anything except the sun when it's daytime and the moon and stars at night time. Moving does nothing, jumping does nothing.... It's really frustrating. I don't want to give up on my world. Please help.

Also, as far as the above "versions" i have no idea.
